Jorge Antonio (Jordi) Zaragoza Gómez

Jordi Zaragoza Gómez is the Founder and CEO of Esoftech Inc., a U.S.-based technology company delivering customized software solutions and digital transformation services to startups and growing enterprises.
With more than two decades of experience in software engineering, IT consulting, and international business development, Jordi has led complex technology initiatives across Europe and the United States. His expertise spans custom software development, cloud platforms, data and AI solutions, cybersecurity, DevOps, and enterprise systems modernization.
In addition to client services, Jordi is also the founder and driving force behind Skillsphere, Esoftech’s proprietary AI-powered upskilling platform. Skillsphere was conceived, architected, and developed in-house to address critical workforce challenges by aligning skills, learning pathways, and job readiness with real market demand. The platform reflects Jordi’s long-term vision of combining advanced technology with measurable workforce outcomes.
Jordi founded Esoftech Inc. to operate as a trusted, founder-led technology partner, one that combines strategic thinking, deep technical execution, and direct leadership involvement. Under his guidance, Esoftech delivers not only software, but long-term technology partnerships that help clients scale, modernize operations, and compete in fast-changing digital markets.
He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where he developed a strong analytical and systems-oriented foundation that continues to shape his approach to product design, technology strategy, and complex problem-solving.
